    Yes, that's because it literally is - save some exterior cladding alterations.

    2021 is the new target date then - I guess it will take a long time to raise £40,000,000 but I hope they manage it for prosperity of the Club.

    I see they're taking the seats and terracing from section Y, presumably to save cost.

    No it isn't. The Loirston plans showed a smaller amount of rows of seats in the main stand to allow for the possibility of having 2 rows of executive boxes and the vomitories in the stand behind the goal were higher up.
