I think the name of Kenny Jackett will be a bigger pull than the recent history of past management to incoming players.

Evans who gets promotions but isn't a nice person. You know what you're buying into.
Redfearn who was loved at Leeds but had a difficult time with the chairman. No experience other than coaching kids.
Warnock who has won promotion but didn't sign anyone. Out for himself.
Stubbs who was a decent center half and won a cup in Scotland. You don't have a clue what's going to happen.
Jackett who has won promotions with different clubs. You know what you're buying into.
