I don`t bet brin. It`s a mugs game where the Bookie & the Government are the winners.
My Father was a semi-pro gambler, won some & lost a lot although in his latter years he did pick up a substantial winning bet on the horses.
I know nothing about betting or odds & would rather keep my cash in my pocket. Everyone to their own though, good luck for next week.

But what were Leeds to win at our gaff? The best price I saw was evens. If he took evens he doubled his money on the first footy bet, then lost £175. So a total stake of £475 and winnings of£600. So profit of £125. Not too shabby I'd say, and he actually posted his bets beforehand, which he rarely does!

Now, at the risk of sounding like Kempo and Zilzal - so I'm not going to claim any credit for the correct prediction - my bet of the weekend was also Leeds to win. At evens. Hence why I know Kempo could have got at least that price. Easy money. We're sh!t.

If you look again he doesn't use the pound sign when saying he had 300 on Leeds to win so is that 300 pennies = £3?

He does mention though the £ sign when on about his Leeds/Newcastle double and again with his treble which both failed.....thing is did he place the bets?
He's awfully quiet about this win if true...

This really is the strangest site...I didn't have 300 pounds on Leeds as there was no £ sign...hilarious..Of course not I had 300 pence !

The vast majority of my bets are put on before the events...if not I have posted the copy and paste of the bet.

I got Evens on Leeds therefore the 3 bets produced £125 profit so worthy of a laugh from the not so bright!
