The next Rotherham United manager - a shortlist

Following Kenny Jackett's resignation earlier this evening, the Millers will be looking to swoop for a replacement pretty swiftly. Who could be in the frame? Here are the likely top three candidates: - External Link

Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink !!! No,no a thousand times no. Jumped on the back of someone else's success and found out by his ineptness at QPR.

Can`t believe skybet have Neil Redfern at 33/1. Must be a couple of noughts missing from those odds surely?

Mowbray is not a bad shout tbh.

But if we hold out for a while, Mick McCarthy will get the sack sooner rather than later. Ipswich fans have delusions of grandeur, because of what Sir Alf Ramsey and Sir Bobby Robson did for them, so they think he is rubbish.

Mick McCarthy is exactly the kind of manager we need. A bold, brash Yorkshireman who says it how it is. From the same stock as Colin W@nker actually.

I've always liked McCarthy and I think he is a great manager. We might actually even have a chance of getting him once he gets the old tin tack.
