    Top marks again Brother Oz for your usual candour and eloquence. Clearly many people on here would rather the problem would just go away without any of us having to talk about it

    Personally I think any club found to have covered up such activities should be relegated to the bottom tier of whichever pyramid they are in and made play their way back up. They should also be stripped of any trophies they won during the period the cover up was taking place. The Penn State case provides a clear precedent
