20k spent on a shrink......well he's thrown money at worse things so why not give that a go.... you never know

Just using it as an example. The Board needs to lock itself away for 48 hours and troubleshoot the whole set up, open their minds, look at alternative ways of doing things, invite some renowned professionals to give their insight... Whatever, but do something. Stop thinking 'our way is the right way'. It clearly isn't (at least not for the football club!).
