Devolution is Still being run by another country no matter how you look at it. Limited powers GIVEN. Limited Tax raising.Limited Welare powers, Limited V.A.T. contributions. No choice in being involved in conflicts and wars.

No control over National Insurance, the minimum wage,Corporation Tax,trade union law, Borrowing powers,

Having right wing Tory Governments we didn't vote for for the next 20-odd years.

All during the 2014 referendum the Naesayers conceded Scotland had the people and resources to run their own affairs successfully. Their argument was that we were ""Better Together""

What you must really get your head around Noah is Independence is NOT about the SNP its about the people of Scotland having the right to make choices. One day I really hope you come around to that way of thinking.. I really do. Until then you are ruled by another country that is the reality.

The SNP are just a means to an end. I honestly think when Independence happens they will split. You really don't have to be a SNP member or voter to want Independence. You dont even have to like them like yersel. Many thousands of Labour voters/supporters voted Yes in 2014. I myself was amazed at the amount of non SNP folk I campaigned with in 2014. For sure there are loads of Unionists who dont want Indy as a principle irrespective of any benefits it would bring. I have always had the feeling about you that you're not anti-Independence per say. You just can't stand the SNP and thats a great pity as it obscures any vision of how things could be.

You're clearly not the brightest so I'll just wait on wee Willie Bravehearts answer.

Oh for goodness sake Noah I went beyond the question. You do love asking your questions and having them answered an Autistic and pedantic fashion. OK the SNP, Greens, SSP, Solidarity, And RIC are the political organisations who believe in Independence.

Ok I've a question for you ..Are you totally against an Independent Scotland ?

Oh and possibly an answer to the OP question.

So in reality it's the SNP who want it.

All you had to do was say.

Kinda blows a hole in yer earlier post about independence NOT being about the snp.

the 2 parties that currently form the majority in the Scottish parliament - SNP and The Greens. Independence also has the support of socialists and many thousands of people who do not see themselves as alligned to any political party.

Now I too would like an answer to the original question.
