with home games against Bristol City and QPR up next, we can dream of moving up the table if we continue with this level of determination.

Thanks Wokes, unfortunately it won't play for me over here. I will have wait until 71 makes his contribution.

He usually manages to get longer highlights. I just wanted to share the goals, they are well worth waiting for!

    Cracking away day!

For a change the game and result the perfect partner to the time spent with friends in the pub pre game!

Great celebrations on Cavs goal down in front of us, you could see the passion and what it meant in all the players faces! And good to see JDB lead the Viking clap at full time, thought we'd never see it again!

3 pts for Christmas a great present for all of us from the boys and very much appreciated!

What a difference a few days make! In football the previous result can easily be forgotten if you go on and take three points as Wolves did today. Two well taken goals from Costa and Cavaleiro. One big difference today from the Cardiff defeat was that the defence wasn't put under too much pressure. The first half was scrappy to say the least before Costa's opener, even now, the power and then the angle still suprises me how the ball ended up in the net.

Some will point to how many players Forest had out, but Wolves could only play against those picked to play. Ikeme in my opinion had a relatively quiet afternoon, Mancienne heading over and a Matt Mills effort, both right in front of us.

The second half in my opinion belonged to Wolves, Cavaleiro, as well as his goal, could have had another. What Wolves did so well today was pressing the opposition, winning the ball and attacked in numbers. Dicko may not have scored, but his pace again caused problems, unlucky in my eyes not to win what could have been a second penalty not awarded. Enobakhare also close to winning one. I've not seen a replay of how close it was to being in the area, but on first look it was close.

Jack Price, like him or not, often keeps it simple, but he's so busy in the game, he tries to keep the game flowing, but also presses to win the ball and covered Coady when the right back joined up with play.

An enjoyable day out, a good win and Wolves need to try and build on what was achieved today.
