What is an Honest Q? Can there be such a thing?

I presume it means Honest Question? If so, I’m not sure there can be such a thing. After all, a question can be neither honest nor dishonest. An answer on the other hand could be either honest or dishonest. Or even both.

Have you seen a handsome Hun ?

Was there a seperate club and company at Ibrox before the threat of liquidation became a reality ?
Is Dave King a fit and proper person to run a football club ?
Is Ibrox Stadium a safe environment to watch football in and are Glasgow City Council doing enough to ensure that postponed structural works will be carried out ?
