I think magic hat might be losing it

“I’m reading in the paper Celtic are on a record-breaking run. If they won four games less, they would be 13 ahead. If we had won one of our games it would be 10."

sorry but the obvious thing to say is if my uncle was a woman he would be my aunt. All managers are under pressure to provide a quoteable statement but that one is one of the worst I have ever read.

Warburton reckons the flak is unfair, even with that 25-point chasm. He said: “I’m reading in the paper Celtic are on a record-breaking run. If they won four games less, they would be 13 ahead. If we had won one of our games it would be 10."

I thought it had to be a wind-up until I read him actually quoted in the record on line.

There are just no words to describe how bizarre a reaction that is from a manager. The pressure is clearly getting to him. The booing of his substitution by the travelling The Rangers support at Tynecastle and the manner of their abject defeat has clearly rattled him. He now knows "his jaiket is oan a shoogly peg". All the fawning sycophants in the media can't paper over the huge cracks that are appearing. This coming summer is going to be do or die for King and his cronies. They'll either have to invest the money they claim to have, and/or replace the manager with someone a lot better.

Cringeworthy statement from Warburton - he's the reigning Manager of The Year in Scotland you know

I'm really hoping that that statement was taken out of context, if not, just wow.

I've seen Brendan Rodgers saying stuff like that before as well.

It's a stupid comment but then most managers make them when things aren't going well & they've constantly got microphones stuck in their face. I suspect Warburton will be gone in the summer, once you lose the support, you're phucked.

The fkr has lost the plot, just read follow follow and bares den to see that the fans of said team are the same as wurbleheed. Aff their fkn heeds. Think they are the best since sliced you know what?? They have at least 10 years before they are anywhere near top team in Scotland. But not sad to say, they will be a distant memory by then.....
