For your benefit - easy to remember

Fry and Izzy both England players - even played at NYS

    Blackstock - U 18 / 19 / 21 then changed allegiance.

    Can't get over "Hambushed"....really ?

OK....it was a joke - as this is for fun !

Look stick to your guns - good on yer - I 'll stick to my opinions though because I think they make more sense than yours......

Your ability for comprehension I apparent so without appearing patronising - stick to crosswords.
I was laughing at the fact you used the word "hambushed", assuming you meant that you got jumped by some Wendy fans at the train station? Did I read it wrong? I was actually giving you credit for being funny!

England have NEVER played at the NYS, and Fry and Izzy have never been capped by England. You are getting confused by the England Under 19's. No-one ever refers to someone capped by the under 19's as "England players", they would be described as under 19 internationals or England youth players. A world of difference.

    Brin - Simple answer - NO !

I simply don't like the season going tits up and totally the wrong people are being blamed. No love affair with AS - just an appreciation of what he did and a regret at what he was restrained from doing for Rotherham United. Biggest mistake of TS's Tenure sacking AS....( Similarly NR )

Ellis - Do some more research.....your missing some facts.....

ENGLAND have been welcomed at NYS several times to full houses.

Even England ladies have played at NYS.

I went to them all and the noise was exceptional - but the England ladies were cheered at such a high pitch it made your eyes water.

Hoping we get more England gigs - because the pitch is second to none and we have good attendances.

"2 months to find a striker".....Don't you think NW procrastination didn't screw up our planning !

And - TS was constantly on radio deedah stating:

"We'very offered good money for our targets and agents are making it an auction"

    Remember the phrases:

    "Value for money"

    "Not paying silly money"....

Stubbs was light years ahead of playing "The Rotherham Way"....

We are in the championship where multi-million pound players can take the laces out of your boots!

He was tactically astute and tried to get the team capable of playing the way Hull & Burnley did to pick the pocket of Liverpool - and both teams beat Liverpool with less than 30ish % of the possession.

    Now - you think that's boring !

Well I call it firkin brilliant and love to watch it - and more importantly I like the 3 points !

As for Brighton away - ok he didn't wave.

I did the Brighton away weekend - 12 of us in the back of a "murder van" ( no seats )....and someone threw up within 20 miles - so what a delightful weekend we had - frog marched by police / horses from Brighton to Hove then after the match hambushed at Brighton station and slightly outnumbered....so yes - I would like a little appreciation for travelling - he should wave but.....perhaps his concentration was elsewhere......that is one lesson he'll learn but ffs it's not a trait I would fire a manager over !

And shark......no Chelsea loaned us Izzy because of the Rotherham weather ' he needed some winter sun on his back !

Of course Stubbs wanted Izzy for his ability to carry the ball and feed Ward on the break.....a brilliant find made possible due to Stubbs and Doolan knowledge of the young talent playing in the Premiership U21's

As for critism of individual players well that's your opinion.

Remember "value for money" - "a future based on youth"....

The "squad players" he brought in were England players and some multi-million pound signings not too long ago.

I would like to see a good run in the team for Blackstock and Wilson because they are class players and perhaps politics rather than form is keeping them out at the moment.

Yates shouldn't be on a championship pitch yet - far too naive and not physically strong enough by far !

cant walk abaa't like that...when do you go back in ?

I understand IBJ is on a wind up about Stubbs but I can't believe he hasn't been pulled up on Stubbsy's tactics.

Anyone setting up to play on the counter would surely make us hard to break down? He installed the most lightweight midfield I've ever seen. You go on about the players he inherited being poor, yet Kelly, Broadfoot, Wood and Mattock were absolutely immense for Warnock. Why couldn't he, a top flight defender himself, replicate Warnock's success? The fact that he paired Ball and Fry together in one game is beyond belief. We leaked goals, which is not ideal when your tactic is to have 25% possession.

In my humble opinion, he was worse than Redfearn.
