Going back over old ground I know but some of Lord Drummond Young's utterances have nothing to do with the law (which seems to ignore 'common sense' on many issues) and ventured opinion rather than an interpretation of law.

I would be absolutely amazed if the BDO appeal fails.
Worth noting that Ronald De Boer , amongst others , stated that they would have signed regardless of EBTs

Whatever happens there is no way they'll get our titles. I can't see the SFA wanting to drag Scottish football through the mud any longer. So we'll see a Timmy meltdown either way.

I hope they do lose their titles they cheatin bastarts....
