    Rangers not "Moved by anyone...moved down or demoted"

    Thats the legal ruling from todays Corals v Kinloch judgement. So if they werent "Moved by anyone...moved down or demoted", what happened at the end of the 2011/12 season.....EH ?

    Pedros history and titles nonsense written by Jim Traynor, was a massive beamer. At least now its there in legal black and white and cannot be argued. They were not relegated, demoted or moved by anyone.

    The more rabid amongst them want Dave King, who was a major part of the Craig Whyte regime, to sue the other clubs for 'demoting' them from the SPL. Guess that's a no-hoper now

    To go down that road would have meant unveiling just what was in that 5 way agreement, Sevco are lucky this wasnt the case, have a feeling theres some right dodgy dealings involved including the removal of the transfer embargo.

    It's weird just how much a 'club' can do without being a legal entity, or being in any way connected to the 'company' which runs it. Funny people.
