Singapore. I stayed in a hotel looking over it. Looked out my window and couldn't believe my eyes. Wouldn't like to be the ball boy much though.

It is very close to the pit lane where they hold the Grand Prix in Singapore. You may even be able to see it on television then but as it is at night you may only see the lights around the park.

It's where we all first said it should be built in the first place, at our spiritual home by the North Sea.
I totally agree. The common good angle is easily defeated now we have the community trust... it is in the common good.

Did I not read that the site was not suitable for drainage reasons or am I making that up? - see above photo with regards a site with drainage problems

I watched Japan v Brazil, Neymar scored all 4, in the new national stadium couple of years back. Some place they're playing super rugby there today with the AC on at pitch level. Train right to the stadium. Puts UK to shame.

Getting back to the issues of where to put the new Pittodrie, according to the Evening Express there were no voters falsely registering no votes to the same house where they claimed to live!! String them up I say.... and the guy who received the letters is a yes voter...

let Pittodrie run its course, revamp it to a reduced capacity.....will we still have a full time team 5-10 years from now. I'm not so sure if we need a new home the way football is going. It will be franchise playing franchise and we sure as sh1te won't be part of it.

So true. People need to get out in the world. It seriously broadens the horizons as to the possibilities of what we could achieve.

The club have been in discussion with the council for years and years and went down the road three times with plans for a new place for a stadium.

The council is incompetent. Just tell the club where they can build a ****ing stadium for christ sakes. Is there anywhere that the council will find acceptable?

It is different when they wanted to demolish St Nicolas House and put up an eyesore. Who really wanted that new complex? That was approved cos the applicant was the council and they get what they want.

    Let's see what happens...

Yep, one of the lowest crime rates in the world, best education in the world, best healthcare in Asia and healthiest people in the world, best country to do business in the world, lowest drug abuse in the world, great sporting and public facilities, 2% unemployment, recognised as the best city to live in in Asia. i agree with most your post but when it comes to the stadium
It's more like the people running our club being incompetent IMO
