And, he apparently says .....

So they can go through it with him to see what went wrong and what they could do better.

AND......He's disappointed how few do it !

The squad should sit through previous games together getting individual and group boll##kings for what they individually or collectively did wrong!

And obviously praise.....but that shouldn't keep them long after school should it !

And sit through the next teams previous matches ( even edited highlights ) to point out weaknesses.

So this doesn't happen automatically !

To be fair to PW he addressed that in the same article, regarding lack of facilities available, you only read what you want to hear for your own agenda.

I think he is growing into the role, whether you like it or not, he probably is going to be the next manager.

Bullsheite that to be honest, parking the bus in this league is definite football suicide...is that what Neil Warnock did last season?? Also, i think you'll probabaly find that defensively PW's record is better than Stubbs and Jackett's.......the plain fact of the matter is the squad just isn't good enough for this division.

Millmoor - there's a social club in that building big enough for large dances to take place....

There's a small stage and lot's of chairs that could be set out in an arc facing a 60" TV.....

There is a bar in that room and coffee and tea would easily be available at little cost !

The small staircase would even be adiquate for the injured players.....
