We seem to have people who have a sense of perspective & don't think it matters a lot in the great scheme of things, we have Jack who hopes the boy breaks his leg going down the stairs & we have yourself, somewhere in between, havering an awful lot without making any sort of point.
I hope he breaks his leg because he is a disgusting little wretch, so obviously deserves some horribly painful injury.

Don't wish injury on the guy but I think a fair punishment would be for Hearts to give him a wee ban of a couple of games to have him behave better in future. Failure to do so could be seen as Hearts turning a blind eye to misbehaviour by home fans at Tynecastle. I think on the scale running from say 0 for booing opponents right up to 10 for coming on the park and physically assaulting players it's about a 4 or a 5 imho.

As I say given the amount of plod we see regularly photographing fans for evidence of swearies and naughty songs, I'm surprised when something like that is beamed to TVs across the country that plod have seemingly taken absolutely no action.

You think it's absolutely fine for home fans to throw the ball at opponents - hey ho.

Better not let Snakes see the video of the boy pinging the DABs ear (quality), he'll be calling for some
type of retrospective old testament type punishment.

No need to go all medieval on the boy...
Identify the finger used in the pinging... off with one of those cigar cutter things... Job done, everybody happy...

    Fair enough.

I didn't actually say it was absolutely fine, it's just not something I'm going to get particularly upset about.

Mate told me that Hearts FC have identified the culprit and have issued a banning.
