The question remains, with no disrepect to any party, why would an experienced manager/assistant manager, whatever his calibre, whatever his success rate, want to be No.2 to Paul Warne, an unqualified, inexperienced, only-at-Rotherham-United appointment?

To save money the club could make Miller bear Warnes number 2.
He could coach from the home end, sending code messages with his big drum, to the players.
