Bailey - King needs to be playing in the per - season matches to give him confidence, & to get used to playing with the squad, then get him fired up for the coming season in division 1.

Handsworth a perfect description and just how I saw it.
This lad because that's all he is at the moment has potential so cut the negatives out chaps and give a chance to prove himself.

Pre season loads of game time will help him develop and gain confidence.

Yes he's definitely one for the future. If he remains level headed he may well have a very bright future in front of him.

As previously mentioned great to see JCH go over to him offering advice.

I go back to the last game of the previous season at Hull when Bailey-King came on for about 15 minutes and showed he had pace to burn.
I think this lad is potentially one of the most exciting prospects to come through the academy but he needs nurturing properly.
I hope we have a coaching team who can do that.

If only he could become a new Tony Towner, that would brighten us Millers faithful.

We need to be patient with him and all the squad to be honest...the club needs us as supporters to do just that..SUPPORT...and not write players off too soon or hurl abuse and boo and player low on confidence.
Going to be a big pre-season for all concerned.

I thought he looked equally as bad with both feet. Looked lightweight like Yates and was exactly the same as when he came on against Hull the last game of the season last year. Wonder if it will be a tradition to bring him on for the last 20 minutes of each season?

    Let me explain something.

We had all this with Yates..why don't we play him and so on.

In these times any youngster coming through our ranks will not be good enough.

Have you noticed how small and weak they are...Well that's why they are with us!

Bigger and better teams don't take players who are so weak even if they have some football skills.

The lad won't be good enough otherwise he would be somewhere else.

Kempo how can you use that as a closing statement if he's only come through our junior ranks? Surely no one has even seen him yet. Do you think bigger clubs look at our youth set up ? 😄

The lad was clearly nervous and it showed and so what? I say give some more game time and let's see how he develops. We have all on bringing youth through as it is.
