I believe we can expect to see a trend in weaker players coming through all youth systems as clubs have tried to copy the more technical approach they see in Barcelona and elsewhere- might not be right for everyone, but perhaps Yates and B-K will fit in more in years to come

Not forgetting 600 posts raving about Newton, Rowe and Yates. Don't you just predict every youngster will be a world beater in the hope that you'll get one right eventually ?

Yates has scored more goals for us than our star centre-forward who is on £10000 per week, allegedly...
Surprised that Rowe's career at Wycombe has fizzled out. He looked as good as Shaun Barker at the same age in the reserves. (Did he have injury problems?). On loan at Barrow now, but he's hardly played.

It's a big step up from the reserves to the first team

They look at most clubs youth set ups and take who ever they think will be good enough.

Yr right Newton & Rowe were are they? Yates it's in the balance if he'll make it. Got it right with Vaulks. When I 1st saw Fisher & Ball thought we'd got something here, jury is out on that. Bailey-King just looked to have some scope about him. Hope I'm right cause we haven't had a winger Right or Left all season 2016/17

Best keep B-K under wraps then, unless of course you're Kempo who can't see the potential in him

'kinell, I'd settle for him being the new Andy Monkhouse!
