I think Willo as a sensible holding midfielder should breeze it in this league,the problem is he either does not listen to his manager's instruction's or he does not get any.He isnt getting any younger but if he was to stay disciplined and use his experience he could help us to promotion.
When he got injured at Falkirk in the away leg of the play off's i think he should have been subbed but the impression i got was he decide's what he does on the pitch rather than his manager and that is reflected in his over all play when he is constantly out of position.

For me, I think the fact that Willo never had a settled partner, (Telfer = *****, Allardice = learner, Toshney = mince, Murdoch = clueless, Kuate = lunatic) meant that he thought he had to cover for two, rather than just concentrate on his own job, which resulted in him appearing to run around like a headless chicken most of the time

Dont agree with this at all. Running about like a headess chicken is what Flood does. He's done it since day one and he's still doing it. It was the reason most started to get on his back when he was here previously. It was the reason i didnt want him back in the summer and its now the reason most dont want him signing a new deal. He runs about daft, leaves gaps everywhere, passes from side to side, demands the ball back then loses it. Its what Flood does and it doesnt matter who's playing alongside him.
