    The begging bowl is out for us to buy season tickets to fund the club and Del.
    Nothing like taking a chance and buying a couple of flair players to try to entice more season ticket sales.
    Give us a product that looks like it wants to win and tickets will sell...beg for ticket sales without doing that much and sales will be hard.

    Aberdeen didn't sell out in the 80's when we had a winning team.

    I don't disagree with that statement. But this day in age you need a product to attract the customer. Asking people to give the club upwards of a few hundred pounds each for a competition that you are not even attempting to win is not good business.
    Aberdeen have cash to spend... Milne, Cormack etc are very rich so as custodians of our great football club they are in charge of our clubs ambition. Splash the cash and sign a few decent players and have a go...you never know, it might work.
