I agree with all that but 4 million, we think MacCormack is pish but would be glad of 4 million!! Baker is one of our own and is a 100%er.
Its not my money but why pay Richards wages for hi to named sub half a dozen times a year, he should have gone with Lescott. Just bomb him out or LOAN him out, he has no place in the back four, he's a crock, vastly over weight, slow and injury prone. yes we need the money but come on, at 26 Baker was part of the family. oh well, its bruces decision but I tell you what, live by the sword, he will die by the sword if we are not top after 10 games in.....
Good Luck Nathan, hope you become captain and a good leader at Bristol City.
Just had a horrible thought and when I get these, there normally correct!
Baker gone, Elphick going......short at the back but could not turn down a combined 6 million...in walks Bruce Jnr...OMFG No!!

Aston Villa have rejected a loan offer from fellow Championship side Sunderland for striker Ross McCormack this summer, according to a report.
The Northern Echo claims that Villa would prefer to see the 30-year-old leave on a permanent deal and they have slapped an*£8million price tag on him.
This follows up from the story in the Sunderland Echo which reported that the two Championship teams were holding discussions over a potential summer move for the striker.
The newspaper claims that new Sunderland boss Simon Grayson has placed McCormack as his number one target as he is desperate to add more attacking options to his squad ahead of the new season.
The report claims that fellow Championship sides Reading, Derby County and Hull City have all been in contact with Villa about the striker but not one club are ready to match the asking price.
It is reported that Villa manager Steve Bruce is willing to let McCormack leave the club but only for the right price.
The Scotland international only signed for the Midlands club last summer for £12million but a public falling out with Bruce saw him sent out on loan to Nottingham Forest in the January transfer window.
The striker has only managed to score three goals during his short tenure at the club.
Apparently according to fellow forums, Monaco are back in the hunt for Amavi?

Looks like Macca is going on a season long loan after all, where's the 8 mill?

Cissokho has finally put pen to paper and signed for Turkish side Malatyaspor for £1.3m
Who said Robert Snodgrass? We are 3-1 favourite to sign the West Ham player.
Again, was never my type of player like Whelan. Although Snodgrass produces goals so I am more in favour of him. I think if we get him though and he stays healthy we can get that promotion and have enough to stay up.
Enough of the midfielders, with Jack, Kodija out and MacCormack almost gone, we need a striker, jack was a second highest scorer last term!!!
If we have 10 million to spend then I want a striker in and not another midfielder, sooner or later Bruce is going to have to realise that strikers score you goals and win you matches.
Jack, Koj and Mac would have made a decent trio up front??
We start the season with Hogan or Gabby up front, which sorry to say, does not fill me with excitement!!
