He just seems like one of those individuals who's all smiles and jocularity but below the surface has absolutely no time for anyone who disagrees with him and his views on the world, despite his protestations that it's 'all abart opinions'.

I had thought it was schtick until he suggested that the supply problems with our new kit wouldn't matter because his much-vaunted 'True Blades' would already have got theirs. I'm sure that would be of comfort to people who had kids with birthdays coming up, or who had had to save up to buy the shirt.
