I really dont have to repeat myself and many others to the obvious reason why we shouldnt all be delighted.
    (or most people anyway)
We have one of the worst facilities (apart the DD stand) in the SPL, we have THE worst training facilities in the SPL.
The excuses I read from some people on here is unbelievable, too far, no parking, no pubs, "soulless" looks like B&Q....
It is getting so tedious reading the pathetic comments.

I don't think anything would appease you.

Nobody walks "easily" at 6 miles per hour. Try 4 miles an hour for a fit person. So 30 minutes.

Especially not on a relatively narrow pavement which hundreds / thousands of other people are also walking and cycling on.

Add in new pedestrian crossings to get over the slip roads for the new AWPR / A944 roundabout.

The route below shows 1.87 miles - without the added pavement detour with the massive new roundabout!

Your route is taking a tour if the training facilities too

Ok so it may add 5-10 minutes walking to the 96%. Good fitness for the fans, hardly an insurmountable factor.
    Arnhall and Lawsondale are closer.
It's clearly a clutching at straws argument to stop progression into the 21st century for a much improved stadium and training facilities.

Is there any better arguments against the move?

Blame the club for it getting tedious, it's them that's been stringing this out for nearly 20 years

I dont care where they build it as it won't really affect me but if there's a significant number of fans against it already, then that's a horrible starting point for opening a new ground. If its as sh1t as it looks in the design, then that'll end AFC

At the very least a stadium built with fans in mind first and foremost would make up for the location. Not an identikit Bristol City corporate stadium with shallow stands.

Otherwise, not building it outside of Aberdeen would be great.

You yes supporters are tedious, pathetic and clueless and are leading us towards the worst thing in the club's history. I aim to stop that happening.

Which bit? Are you saying the ground looks magic or that folk will go to a sh1t ground regardless?
