Certainly nothing worth getting your knickers in a twist over.

Not every supporter would be behind it, Stansmith clearly does not want it to be at Kingsford, as I said earlier, nothing will please him.
    NIMBYism at its finest
You wouldn't get married to someone that was pig ugly just because she lived in a nice part of town. Especially if she then spent all your money and left you in debt for years to come.

Lol, what are you on this morning?
****e analogy, but I understand what you are trying to say.
Thing is, it's reported redeveloping Pittodrie would cost more, not have the same benefits due to being land locked and doesn't raise capital to help fund the project.

The alternative is regression at Pittodrie, continued reduction in capacity and less revenue opportunities coupled with increasing maintenance costs.
It's imperative we move, else our club will go backwards.
That's the scary thought as opposed to moving to a new stadium.

I am slightly worried about the costs.
Let Milne and Cormack get two stands named after them for life to split the costs (drop in the ocean for them)no jobs a good one.

If you're going to build a ground there, it has to be pretty special. You can't get Aberdeen fans along just now to a stadium within the city, why would they put in the extra effort for something that's sh1t? Everyone on here seems to be in agreement as to what a good stadium looks like and what features it should have. The Wiggydome seems to fall short on all of them. It looks sh1t
The point is, it will already be an upgrade on Pittodrie.
I've heard many a fan bemoan the facilities and stadium as it is and would go to a new ground.

What exactly is your beef with the looks?
I'm more concerned with how the team that plays looks in footballing terms.
What the stadium looks like or the options within the ground are irrelevant once the game kicks off.

Looking back your posts, you clearly have not looked over the plans.
    I'd suggest you do

I can't see how we will be signing players like May when we are £10/20m in debt.

Being an upgrade on Pittodrie shouldn't be the benchmark for new stadium design. AFC will be stuck with this thing for generations. Would it not be better to at least try and get something half decent?

Again, what is it specifically you want included?

That depends on how it is financed?
    Wasn't the maintenance quoted as circa £600k - £800k a year.
Swap that for mortgage payments and were in the same ball game with better facilities and a cost that will relatively diminish as opposed to increase.

Makes the need to move redundant then.
