Surely this site is supposed to be about our beloved Baggies, which I accept we can all have different opinions, but it seems to get ambushed with puerile comments which is getting to the point of spoiling it for the genuine posters.
Just read these posts. I agree with you Tony, no need for such stuff. Temporary bans in place. I'm sure both parties will feel hard done by. Can't understand why posters can't just ignore visitors from other clubs when they visit if they are being offensive. They aren't even that often, just hoping to get a rise then off it goes.
I've had enough, it won't be temporary bans if it happens again.

Setting up with EIGHT defensive players against a top six side is acceptable, it's not Albion, but it's acceptable.
Yesterday was against a side lacking in confidence and without a goal.
He then moaned that we didn't create enough chances.
    No $h!t Sherlock?
We have struggled for a left back for years, last week he bought one who has played for Arsenal and England, but left him on the bench and played a right back at left back, and a CB at right back.
Chadli will end up like Mcmanaman, we won't see him again, he has all the attributes of how this club used to play. But he won't run up mountains.
Burke will spend most of the time on the bench, and maybe loaned out because, "He isn't ready," FFS.
How many players do we sign that aren't ready? Feckin all of them by the look of it.
Gibbs, Arsenal and England, not ready.
    Burke, Scotland, not ready.
    Chadli, Belgium, not ready.
Jay Rod, England, ready, but as a winger not a striker.
Football is a simple game over complicated by coaches like Pulis.
If we set up defensive again against the Hammers, then we will lose again.
    Their players are probably ready.
I am not a Pulis Out shouter , i think he has built us into a strong side, and laid good foundations.
But he has no excuses now he has the players to play more entertainingly.
I feel sorry for the fans who made the trip yesterday.

You have some valid points to be fair. I don't think Gibbs was fully fit yesterday though, but if he was - he should have played. I would drop Rondon completely, and to be honest - my patience with Livermore has gone - that's why I can't be bothered watching England because if he's the best they can offer it says everything about our national team.

Still one bad defeat though so no panic. It makes the game against West Ham even more crucial in picking the right team and getting three points.

If Gibbs wasn't ready then he should have continued with Brunt back there, probably left Evans out with the 2 centre backs having done such a good job in the previous matches (one slip apart). 3 defensive midfielders was a mistake, we were never going to keep the ball up front for long with that set up. Phillips on the wrong wing, Rodriguez out wide, no support for poor old Rondon at all. Not that I think he's a top striker but no striker could have done anything yesterday.
As for Livermore, I've wondered from day one what he brings to the team. I felt I must be missing something, maybe off the ball work as I only see the action on TV. However Mick has said it now, and others have agreed, he is a bit of a nothing player.

I feel the same about Dawson. He's shoe horned into the team. As a right back he is poor as a CH he is average at best.
If Pulis is gonna use the international trips Hegazi and Rondon have been on as excuses. Then why play them?
WHU next. Last season Chadli played just behind Rondon and we ripped them apart first half.

Thanks Chris, I accept having different opinions, but there's no need to be abusive is there, You're right about visitors to our board, if you don't like them then ignore them.

Agree with that! If internationals are jaded then - why play them! Likewise - if you are fit for the bench then you are fit to at least start. Still one bad day though but makes the West Ham match and team selection even more critical!

    You're right about that Tony.

In the past I was one of the worst for rising to the bait but I no longer do with certain "visitors" to the board.

I simply ignore their "contribution" to the board and treat their posts as though they don't exsist and I've found that works for me.

I must admit I have little time for the abusive posts on the board - bored being the operative word. I just feel it turns what was an entertaining forum into the sort of posting house that gives trolls a good name. Ribbing fine - preferably with a little imagination and good humour. Abuse is just tedious.

You're spot on Roymit. I come on this board to discuss all things West Brom and to put my point of view and to hear the views of others, even if I disagree. What I don't come on here for is to be subjected to childish and stupid comments. As soon as a post descends to this level I move onto another post. Some posters are ruining what is, in general, an excellent vehicle for airing our views on the Albion.

Like I said, I've had enough of it. Both bans last 10 days and I believe Des said it span all the boards. That's why I am reticent to ban anyone permanently. However it is ruining the board.
