I'm told not too much will change , probably same people running the club with some investment in the academy etc but just tweeks here and there .Theyre impressed by how the club is run and the plan of buying young players and developing. The backing we have though would mean we wouldn't have to accept the first decent offer that comes in for a player we can try offer better contracts ourselves a bit or hold on for better offers

I wouldn't expect any £30k a week contracts or John Terry style signings though . More or less as you were with Hecky a big part of things
