Even the commentators pre-match didn't know the reason that Cooper was in the stands 30 minutes before kick-off....they had to wait for an official statement....and that was 25 minutes before kick-off....

I heard about the ban on BBC 5 live walking to the match listening on my Grundig portable radio, it was their pre-match preview of top playing bottom of the league...So what with Nolan's manager of the month, preview on the old wireless radio thing and Cooper in the stands no wonder we had a crap game till the 96 min
