I’m done with Twitter today. Self imposed 24 hour ban otherwise I’ll be drained of all motivation for my Monday management meetings

He tries to defend an action in 140 characters, fails to get his point over and continues to defend the action in 140 characters to the point where he has, presumably out of exasperation, to stop tweeting (though he didn't and made one more tweet on another subject).

The OS is the right place to explain a policy and thankfully that has now been done.
