    Correct he could try to but he would have to put it through congress and he wouldn't get backed.

    One slight correction, Legs... short term money is the driving factor in politics. That's why he's signing out on climate change but by doing so the ultimate bill for the US in terms of hurricane and storm damage, pollution control and flooding will be far greater than the costs incurred by a worldwide drive to fix things.

    Meanwhile, President Donald Trump, on a tour of Asia, said guns were not to blame for the shooting.

    "We have a lot of mental health problems in our country, but this isn't a guns situation," he said.

    Let's face it, Elite, being one of the mental health problems, he should know.
