Rooney will score goals if our wingers actually get to the by line and cross the f@cking ball.

Stewart on the right keeps cutting back onto his left foot and usually never gets a cross in.

Wright struggles do beat the full back and the odd occasion he does cross the ball it’s a shyte cross.

The same could be said for GMS.

Where are all the people on here who couldn’t wait to get rid of McGinn?

One of my biggest big bears is the decline on the team out wide.
Stewart is slow & never gets a good ball in.
Wright just seems a bit “bunny in the headlights” to be honest.
GMS hasn’t had it for about 2-3 years now.

That has a knock on effect for the strikers.
If McGinn & Hayes were there either May or Rooney would still get 20 goals.
Maynard? He’s gone 24 games without a goal & hasn’t looked like scoring.

Imo we need two centre mids
Put Shinnie to left back
Sign a right sided wide player.

Maybe the new manager might address this in January having assessed the squad over the 6 games we have prior to transfer window opening
