so 'full alignment' with the EU in the event of no deal and the ECJ to have the final say on citizens' rights.

    Proper flaccid Brexit.

Well, so far i am very content with the way things are going.

So far, as Theresa May might say, "Nothing has changed"

If we get "full alignment" with the rest of Europe then I will be very happy.

It would mean that, basically, things will go on pretty much as they are. We would be able to import/export with the EU as now, albeit we would have to obey their rules and regulations - but we will have no say on these rules/regulations.
The EU also do some fantastic trade deals outside of the EU. We would not be party to these. It could be argued that we will be able to set deals up with other non-EU countries to offset that, but I doubt that we would be any better off here.

And, because we have just negotiated an open border with the EU, it looks like limiting freedom of movement will not be as draconian as some people want.

As a person who believes in working with our European neighbours instead of competing with them it's a thumbs up from me - so far.
