Leave well alone!
Also, I don't think he'd want to return to the Club after September, when 2-3 thousand people were singing (with venom):-
Hey, Berahino
Ooh, ahh
I wanna know-ow-ow
Why you're such a c**t

Just looking on the nett in happier day when he was here & thinking to my self he was a good finisher when he was on song , I know it all went pear shaped I know all the **** that went on with peace & pulis, but they have both gone now if we could get him back for a knock down price from Stoke because he don't play much their under Hughes, would anybody like to see him back ? or is he just a bad apple to leave well alone . I would like to hear your thoughts, at least he had something some of our forwards will never have anything .

For me, his best spell for us was when he first broke into the side and he was hungry. His best two assets were his movement and his finishing.
I know those are great assets, but if he didn't score he offered us nothing. Rondon does offer us something in the way he holds the ball up, he was brilliant at Spurs and Liverpool away. You couldn't ask Berahino to play up front on his own because he doesn't have the attributes for it.
If his mind was back on it and was sharp again, I'd be tempted to have him back if we could get him on the cheap (Say £3m) and I'd only play him in games where we would play 2 up front. Otherwise its pointless playing him. He's not got enough about him to play every week.
Given his history with us though, I'd say there is no chance of this happening. He strikes me as the type who worked his arse off getting into the side and then as soon as he signed a big contract just turned into a fat, lazy sod. I did hear a rumour (this could be bollox) that Sessegnon was a bad influence on him.
And TP and Peace might not be at the club, but some of the players are. Morrison punched him after one game and I think Brunt has had a few cross words with him too.
Indeed, stay far away!
He effectively ended his career when he wouldn't play for us then got his drugs ban, i still can't believe we got so much money for him, he will probably go out on loan to the championship in January then start sliding down the divisions until he ends up in non league a real waste of talent.
I will be amazed if he slides down the leagues ending up in non league. Saddo never gives me the impression that he is in love with the game, just the money and the fame. To keep going and playing in the lower leagues takes a different type of a player, not a big time Charlie who thinks he is so much better than he is.
What a waste of a superb talent. I agree with WBA123 in that his best spell was when he was hungry and just breaking through into the first team. To think he was, only a couple of years ago, ahead of Kane in being selected for the England under 21s. I don't know anything about what has caused the demise but it's got to get the company he's been keeping. Unfortunately he's good mates with a couple of our youngsters out on loan. Hopefully he won't influence them too much.
The game is littered with those who started as brilliant talent but lost their way through bad influences; fame going to their heads; too much money too early; giving up hard work and poor temperament.
What I would have given for just a little of the gift he had.....he's a clown after alls said and done. He'll be lucky to make a pub team once Sjoke get rid.....as for coming back to us.....there's more chance of us winning the cup this year!
