their board laughing their ballax off I bet. Sell Upton park(a great traditional football ground that was to West hams advantage) and the land for a huge amount then pay peanuts for an athletics stadium on a 99 year lease that puts a hole in taxpayers pocket.

its not the Boleyn thats true, the new stadia is still developing imo, perhaps we'll own it outright eventually and make some neccessary changes but till then it is what it is,

we originally wanted to buy the stadium but Leyton Orient and Tottenham Hotspurs vetoed it, so now you (taxpayers) are paying the bill, not our fault!!
