You could get a job in one of the Kiosks I'm sure

I'd still rather attend the games in person and be part of it.

At first I just thought you weren’t wired up right, then I thought you might just be 12, before just passing it off that you’re a bit of a c*nt.

Now I think it’s probably all three.

I’m glad you’re enjoying your football though & the surroundings aren’t putting you off

I'm not biting, your wind up antics will not work.

If you can't take a response to your suggestion of staying home rather than attending, then maybe you should have considered before your poor attempt at comedy post

P.S. not surprised you ignored and deleted the part about the great goals we have seen of late.
    Far too positive for you.

AFC cant build on that land themselves as it is common good land which is part of the common good fund.
It's not common good land and was confirmed by the council long ago. They do however need a baffling 10 hectares for a stadium in the middle of the city. The open land beside Broadhill is 4 ha, which could be extended to 5 with the land east of the golf centre. The Emirates is 6 hectares, Easter Rd 2.8, Southampton 4.7...

The club used absurd land requirements to rule out any other site. Only councillor Boulton - and her SDPA colleagues - who was pointing this out yesterday and thus getting slaughtered by the get it built robots, understood this. It was part of the amendment she proposed.

I would very much imagine that the ticket prices will stay roughly the same as they still need the fans to come through the gate. There arent many of us of who will pay the prices you are quoting and the club will know that. The cost of these new facilities will likely be covered by what we spend to upkeep Pittodrie every season. Of course, i dont know the in's and out's of costs etc, but trust me, the price of a ticket will not shoot up to 30-40 quid.
There's a section on repayments by AGCC which says if there's a shortfall on the crazy optimistic cost of it or funds raised so it's not a £7m mortgage, then one of the ways would be increased ticket prices.

Regardless, I'm not sure why you think they would charge £26 for the facilities of the south stand, and not at minimum £30 for a state-of-the-art-world-class-purpose-built-fully-equipped-modern-community-sports-hub-stadium. They care about nothing but bleeding fans dry and taking in as much money as possible.

If they're appearing to subsidise the cost of buses it'll probably up everyone's average match ticket price by two quid.

If not and you have to buy a ticket+shuttle ticket then for those people it will be up by probably £4. Current park and ride price from a station in 2018 which is as cheap as you can hope for is £3.50. A dayrider which is what you'd want to travel into town for a bus to Kingsford on stagecoach is £6.10 (and would take over an hour each way). Parking at the stadium is to be sold for big dollars with season tickets. Offsite parking will probably be subsidised by passing onto fans too.

Say goodbye to city centre football at a no frills stadium

See, this is I don’t get about the bus argument. Occasionally, I take the AFC park and ride from Cove. It costs £1 return which is fantastic value and clearly subsidised. Why the hell will AFC change this model when they move?

I thought i read somewhere that the links where the driving range is was unsuitable land to build the stadium on. Is that a fact?

That would probably depend on who you ask.

No. Regarding the land itself they listed groundworks - additional site preparation with allowance for contamination - £250,000, enhanced groundworks due to poor soil conditions - £500,000, galvanising all steel work due to exposed location and proximity to coastline - £250,000, enhanced cladding due to location - £50,000.

How do you reckon it will take over an hour to get from city centre to Kingsford?

Do you think that buses from Dyce, BoD, Cults, Culter, Foggy dump etc are all going to go in to city centre then back out to Kingsford?

NO, there will be buses running directly from these locations to Kingsford via AWPR or perhaps up Malcolm Rd from Culter.

Not everybody who attends matches wants to go to the pub and get half canned before and after the game. I, like many, drive to games when I get the chance. Kingsford will be far more accessible for me.
