Never say never is my moto Rev..
Still cautiously opptomistic... if the newbies gel quickly and then Saiz, Philips Okane and Cooper get back into the squad I don't see us being inferior squad wise to many in this league - maybe a reversal from last season - coming up late on the inside....
after all - we have brought in £10million pounds worth of additions this January as opposed to spending jack all last January - freshen things up..
Oh and If Dallas is back to full fitness we would only be short of Ayling.

as I said - never say never [unless we get stuffed by Cardiff of course]

Aye, me too mate. We can check out their previous history, but we need players who can fit in both physically and mentally....want to be a part with the right attitude. Hoping for a strong 2nd half so to speak. Interesting period coming our way.

Good friends with Roofe though, so maybe we'll get a prolific partnership.
Lot of them were sub appearances when he was 16/17 (only just turned 19 this month) so to be fair to him it is testament to his potential quality that he was even getting first team minutes at that age. Not going to read anything into his record given his age other than be quite impressed he racked up that many games before he even turned 19.

When ever we sign a player from a British club you can usually tell if you have bought well by the reaction of the clubs fans..on this occasion WBA fans seem genuinely disappointed he has gone..we could have a bit of a player on our hands here.

West Brom fans disappointed to lose him and Walsall fans disappointed they didn't get to keep him on loan when he left so the kid must be doing something right. Seems a good signing for me in this window and nice to see a lad willing to drop down a league to get first team football rather than staying at West Brom just to 'be in the premiership' like so many kids do nowadays before wilting away into conference football at 22/23

I just hope that we've signed him to play him, even as a sub with 30 left.
But not if we've signed him to see him in 2 year time.
And he says he's come to play so........
