    Who would you have?

For me a manager is as important these days as a top class striker/goalkeeper. So we either go big for someone with the reputation or go cheap and hope for the best.

Certain no thank yous from me include- Strachan, McCarthy, McClaren, Heckingbottom, Stam, Grayson, De Boer, Di Matteo, Hughes, Keane, Davies and Ince. (Those are ones I can think of who I know we will be linked with/are out of a job) Just seen Tim Sherwood as well, he can rocket straight to the top 3 of no thank yous.

    People I'd love-

    Marco Silva
    Slaven Bilic
    Slavisa Jokanovic
    Michael O'Neill

Yes, they might be hopeful/expensive/unlikely but I genuinely think we need to go big with our next manager. These guys all top drawer tacticians and motivators especially Bilic who was incredibly unlucky at West Ham.

Who we will probably end up with-

    Billy Davies

Whoever we get the changes will ring again. New manager, new ideas, new tactics meaning players who don't fit the mould and new players needed to fit a new style. Personally think we need a manager who has the pull to get players in who can improve what we have for next season like Monk did with Bartley, Pablo and errrrrrr Matt Grimes

Not sure why you discount some of those Joel? McCarthy, why not (apart from the fact he wouldn't want to come to Leeds)? Heckingbottom, (ditto)? De Boer (not exactly given the time everyone on here seems willing to give a coach to "make a mark" at either Inter or Palace, maybe we could?)

Silva, Bilic & Jokanovic would be too expensive and wouldn't "gel" with the set-up at Leeds (which is hardly likely to change higher up the pay grades?). O'Neill has little or no experience of coaching/managing a club in a league like ours, and we KNOW that is a pre-requisite unless we aim to repeat the mistakes of many, many, MANY seasons past

Nigel Pearson has apparently expressed an interest but for me it would have to be Marco Silva..... come on Radz - surprise us all

Why all this about Silva? He got Hull relegated, had his head turned (apparently) by Everton when at Watford, and thinks a lot of himself (fairly obvious). He'd fit in at Leeds like the proverbial square peg in round hole, and can you see him fitting in to a situation like we have at ER? (Plus he'd be expensive).

As for Pearson, computer say "No"

I wouldn't be at all surprised if we end up with one of the 'bright one things' from League 1, like Paul Cook (Wigan), Paul Hurst (Shrewsbury), DereK Adams (Plymouth), or even Nathan Jones (Luton). In other words someone Radz and the gang feel they can expect to tow the line because they've been 'given an opportunity at a big club', (and of course they won't cost the club big bucks). And for the same reason I can't see any 'big name' manager wanting to be subservient to the likes of Orta.
