The only way McInnes is going to depart is if he either gets an offer from an English team which is highly unlikely or he just quits which again is highly unlikely.
Stewart Milne is never going to sack him because he loves him plus the fact he is apparently on around 800k a year which would cost us about 1.6 million to pay him off.
Another terrible decision by Milne giving McInnes a contract like that.We need to go straight to the source and get rid of Milne, let someone else come in and bring their own manager in.
This to me is more of a problem than McInnes,we will eventually get rid of McInnes but Milne will still be here and he will make the wrong choice to replace him like he always does.
He should be telling McInnes that getting beat by the cheeks in every game this season and only scoring 1 goal is unacceptable but I bet he hasn’t said anything to him.
Another terrible performance v the Cheeks. Simply not good enough. Had a decent 20 min spell in the 2nd half that might have got us an equaliser but other than that.....?
Why was Cosgrove sent off?
Why did Kenny McLean play wide right?
How sh1te were Shay and McGinn? In fact, other than McKenna, how sh1te were we all?
Getting scunnered with this sh1te v the Cheeks.
Noticed Bobby Madden, when told by the JJs he apparently is a Hun, turning to the aforementioned JJs and giving them some kinda sign, to which they went tonto. Any idea what that sign was?
Were there JJs in the South stand section Y? Hope they got a slap
Milne doesn’t have the balls to tell McInnes. Both of them are living on borrowed time and the quicker they are out the club the better.
We need a strong leader who’s first interest is Aberdeen FC and we need a manager who likes to have a go at any team.
Kilmarnock will knock us out the Scottish Cup before people realise we are going backwards under McInnes now. He’s a spent force!
Really? Well, he can fcuk right off. Ross County would have had more of a go v the JJs, than we did today.
At times today, it was a carbon copy of the nonsense McInnes deployed v them in September. Stevie May on the half way line, every cnut behind the ball etc etc
It's simply not good enough
The Happy Clappers will be happy though, keep smoking the weed, guys.
Not sure if Milne is living on borrowed time,I wish he was but how are we going to get rid of him?
I would be happy enough to get rid of McInnes if Milne was replaced,if we got a chairman in who isn’t happy being the cheeks bitch we would be able to move forward.I can’t imagine Dick Donald ever saying Scottish football needs a strong sevco team.
He's now doing more harm than good, the formations and performances in our big games are simply unacceptable and he needs to go at the end of the season.
I've a bad feeling we are on for a very poor end to the season and I fully expect us to miss out on Europe aswell as I can see us finishing at least 4th, we may play and beat the dross in March but after that its all teams where we need the manager to show a pair and set the team up to win the game and not worry about the opposition.
Might get to the semi-final of the cup but it surely be a bottle job against one of the bigots.
Depressing times ahead !!!
Milne will eventually move aside once we move to Kingsford...he has already hinted at that.
Surely somebody thinks they could do better than Milne already on the board. People have to remember that Milne had disabled the club for years under his watch and got bailed out by someone who likes Aberdeen FC.
Nowadays the problem is that us fans don’t let them know they are useless. Too many fans now just accept defeat and like watching the opposition as much rather than having the desire to let McInnes know that the sort of tactics and negative approach are not in the clubs interest.
A good old chant of “McInnes must go” will soon have the board rethinking their strategy.
