You do realise that McInnes has beaten Celtic 4 times and we only beat them 5 times in the entire reign of Milnes tenure before that?

I’m not trying to say 4 wins against Celtic is impressive but you can see why Milne would never sack him when he has won more times against them than 8 managers done in 15 years.
It’s all about progressing. Would I be right if I said that under McInnes we have the worst record for defeats in a row against Celtic? McInnes was supposidly beating records but now he is going backwards.
It’s all right trying to defend him for what he has/had achieved but this club needs to move forward and not let McInnes escape his now pathetic record and tactics he has shown this season. Football is played to win, we are forgetting that now at Aberdeen as some matches I am not sure we are even trying to win. A bad footballing approach is adopted at Aberdeen now so something has to change before we sink beyond repair.
