Agree 100% with the comments about the Board " It seems at the moment they will be more concerned with who is going to get full control than what actually matters the product on the pitch". Spot on DB.
I'm going to agree with the first bit. 75 games ago we were bottom of L1, with a fairly ordinary bunch of L1 and L2 players who have come together and played out of their skins individually and collectively.

But sorry, I'm going to disagree about the Board. Its just a smoke screen, and disingenuous. Fulham came down from PL, have spent three years rebuilding on parachute payments. What we saw last night was the outcome if you spend £50m wisely on your team, and give yourself time to get it right.

Well, I've been in a few boardroom battles, and I'm not sure this meets the minimum requirements. Our boardroom battle', such as it might be, (one owner triggers a contract clause to buy the whole club...) has only been going on a month or so. So far as I can see it has no impact on the day to day running of the club, didn't have any effect on the January Transfer Window, hasn't had any impact on the performance of the first team, so for me thats hardly a factor in where we are. Its just something else for the anxious to worry over. These kind of things happen often, and are usually settled perfectly amicably with a large cheque given or received, and I expect it will be like this for KK and HRH.

We've got wealthy people as owners, however the minimum standard now seems to be 'Super Wealthy'. Hoping that we can magic a new owner out of thin air, who will be both Super Wealthy, AND at the same time stupid enough to chuck his money down a hole, and they won't at one and the same time rip the soul out of the club would seem to be a bit of a pointless fantasy. In life, there is always someone wealthier, more handsome, etc etc. I'm not saying we shouldn't try to progress, but I am saying 'be careful what you wish for...' and don't blame stuff that really isn't to blame.
