    I think that is correct. Went to the away game, at Dartford's old Watling Street ground. Maidstone had an ex-Wednsday keeper, who unfortunately played a blinder, despite the stick he was getting from the Millers fans. We dominated the game but it finished 0-0. On a more positive note, Dartford has some decent real ale pubs and the Working Mens Club has won many awards from CAMRA, so post-match refreshment was not a problem.
    ...and it all happened in the same season that we had two games expunged from the league records.

    Maidstone went bust the following season and were expunged, etc....... Maidstone (United) have re-formed and play back in Maidstone. Dartford's new ground is good by non-league standards and situated quite near to the original Watling Street ground.

    Interesting to see the one Newark Town fixture in the list. The 1-2 result was regarded as a cup shock when it occured, despite us only being a mediocre team at the time. I'm guessing 1938ish.

    1930,mikemiller was not at this game.
