Never been to a DUFC award thingy before but ive been offered to go to this one by a club sponsor. Might not even bother my ar5e though or i might just go and see if there's any player that goes up for an award and has the hard neck not to look embarrassed.

It will be a strange night........ Heard McMullan is a shoe in for best 5 a side player. Well deserved IMO.

Results have been terrible, I believe because there are too many players not capable (or, worse, not buying into) what Csaba is trying to do. He needs time to sort this out. For the sake of the club we need to start taking a longer term view than a few months.
3T’s, I am firmly in the gtf club, I think CL is a phukkin pap who has managed to command zero respect, and why anyone would like to see him stay on for longer than this season is beyond me

The long term view for the good of the club ttt, does not include Csaba anywhere near Tannadice in any capacity

I don't think they are T. We're nearing the end of the season where we're still in the running for a play-off place yet we'll be lucky to have 3000 in the home end. When you consider most of them will be season ticket holders, I'd say there are at least 3000 more fans that would be turning up tonight if there was some evidence that we might put in some sort of performance to give us hope in the play-offs.

You may think 3000 Arabs turning up for an important end of season match is a lot but it isn't.

Have to agree and another point is that if we'd put Csaba on gardening leave over a month ago and put Laurie in charge, with the results that followed, we would have been able to tell how much was down to the players and how much was down to the manager.

I think it would have given us a better chance of second place, and given us a better idea of how many players would need to stay or go for next season.

Laszlo is by miles the worst manager we have had in my entire lifetime of following United. He is feking hopeless. Bizarre team selections, useless tactics, utterly useless performances, results and all round bizarre behaviour. It is quite clear and obvious these “players” are paying no attention to his ramblings and this has added to our malaise.

If Laszlo is still here there will be hardly any season tickets sold for the Championship next season.

    Get rid urgently.

And before someone jumps down my throat it should be obvious that I have always dwelt more on the positive side of all things United. This however is now a complete and utter shambles and needs to stop now. No excuses.

As for the player presentation. Fek me what a minter for any players that have to collect an “award”.

Its probably somewhere in the middle of what you are both saying tbh,

Are we really as low as 3k?? im not sure as like you im not willing to pay to watch them at the moment so I am unsure how far the crowds are falling. All I know is that from what I could tell from figures branded about online at least until very recently home attendances had not dropped much, which surprised me given how bad we are and that everyone I would normally go or see at the match bar 1 or 2 (from probably over 20) no longer goes up at all.

    100% correct

    Alternative awards evening

    Worst team
    Worst manager
Worst tactics ever employed in any league outwith the Dundee and district pub league 18th division

Worst individual performance ever seen at Tannadice
Worst individual ever seen on a pitch at Tannadice
Worst individuals ever seen on any other minter ground in this shocker of a league

    Worst board
    Worst chairman
    Worst pies

    Hope the meals good .....

Im normally all for allowing managers time to get there ideas across and allow them to build a team they want but CL has to be put in the same boat as Mixu was when we went down. he needs to go Asap imo.
How can he be trusted to achieve our targets for next season?
How can the board give him for time when he's taken our targets from title to 2nd to now 3rd?
and How can the fans be expected to put the same faith and support into a guy who took us from top to struggling in playoffs with the biggest budget in the league and being able to sign countless players in January?

i think CL will see out the season (unless we lose the next 3 esp to brechin!). i think theres an element of waiting on whats happening with this takeover stuff. if they come in when season finished they could change everything with a clean slate while i reckon MM wants to wait to see if CL can get them up before pulling the trigger. either way he should be removed from his job. been a nightmare and ellis should be given rest of season to do what he can.
