Plus we couldn’t afford to sack him anyway given the contract he now has.

He’s getting another year whether we like it or not. We just have to pray he doesn’t make as much of a c’unt of the summer transfer window as he has the last couple.

The only positive here is surely he cannot sign anyone else more gash than the likes of Chidi, Ball AOC etc.

Why would he take it? Hibs are on the up and we are stalling and starting to regress. Nothing will change at the club til Milne is gone, get rid of McInnes fair enough, but the main problem is still there.

Problem is their recruitment record is poor.

The first couple need to be seen as good positive signings.
It won’t be these two, but along the lines of Mulumbu & McGeoch.
Sadly I think it’ll be “who?!” from Rochdale & “never heard of him” from Exeter.

Rogers, Woodman, Ball, Arnason, AOC, McLean, Stewart, Nwakali Christie, Maynard all certain to go. That’s 10.
Think Reynolds may be freed & who knows if we might get a good offer for big Scott McKenna (although on last 2 games maybe not).
Potentially 12 of the 18 that are stripped on a Saturday?

Big massive turnaround, & (maybe) we’ll have Europe at end June/early July, so little time to get it sorted.

It will be more underwhelming dross from the lower leagues in England, its what McInnes deals in, would much rather we brought through and used our young lads than that. Sorry but my faith in McInnes is shot.
