I totally agree about this being a bums on seats type appointment and fans really do need to be brought back on board because even those hardcore 7,500 will eventually walk away if this decline isnt halted with some sensible ownership.
I've followed the club for 50 years and I've lived and worked in this town all my life .

Watford fans might accept two foreign coaches every year but we won't , you won't change Barnsley folk and people who have owned the club two minutes most definitely won't .

We aren't that kind of club , foreign coach after foreign coach might work at Watford but it wouldn't work at Burnley and we are on the same page in my opinion .

It's something the decision makers won't get because they haven't the barnsley DNA .

I wonder if Mr Cryne's health wasnt so bad at the time (in the build up to christmas), would he have allowed the sale to these people.
He was always very careful wasnt he and he insisted for many years that he wanted out but wouldnt sell it to just anybody, especially somebody who he thought wasnt 'appropriate'.

I really dont know about this latest bunch of ours, and when you look at some of the foreign investors at Wolves and Cardiff celebrating promotion this season, it does give me hope that our owners intentions to make us successful one day, will prove to be true. The jury however is not only still out about them, but its also well and truly sceptical and thats putting it mildly.

Wolves spent multi millions and hired a Portuguese coach , Cardiff spent two bob and hired Colin .

    Rocket science it ain't .

I actually ain't bothered about them bank rolling us as per wendy , wolves and villa .

All I ask is that the profits generated from the sale of players are reinvested back in to the squad and we are building towards better days .

I'm sceptical that the money we've generated over the last 18 months actually remains in the club's account and I do say sceptical and not making a direct accusation .

Not that it's likely to come out but that's my opinion none the less .

An appointment that say's yep I get that and I can buy in to it .

Another non descript foreign coach we've never heard of isn't going to inspire confidence and confidence in the decision makers is at a pretty low ebb in my opinion .

You bring in an appointment we get and we start the season poorly we will stick with it , you bring in some fecker who was an assistant at Nantes and he won't get two minutes if he doesn't hit the ground running .

Feck this I ain't apologising for it because that's what we are at this club , we ain't changing our culture for you feckers because it's the other way round , the sooner you realise that then the sooner we are all singing from the same hymn sheet .

    Get to it .
We, as fans, haven’t been as vocal against the new owners as we should have been.
    It will surely come
