    West Ham get almost 3 times the average home gate of Burnley and I guess prices would be higher in London.

    Isn't the government looking into the deal again with a view to raising the rent?

    I hope Dyche doesn't go there! He'd not last two seasons. On the other hand if he was to go anywhere then Everton wouldn't be too bad a move for him.
