    I suspect you're right there. It's far from ideal as a new contact + guarantees of a decent transfer budget would, for now, put a stop to my worrying. However, it's better than Rafael leaving.

    Brilliant news for now...we can cross other bridges when we come to them but if he's staying you'd think he's happy enough with what's been promised.

    That's how i've interpreted it as well.

    At least it means we can start making moves on players. Window shuts a lot earlier this time.
