CW has already made it clear Brooks is going nowhere unless we get silly money. Silly money would be in the region of Grealish's valuation. Grow him for another season and his value will be up there with that of Grealish. If we don't go up at the end of next season then he won't be with us.

No it doesn't mean they'll get £40m but it means they have set a valuation to others so now the games begin......

Lets hope he goes under the radar and everyone forgets he exists until after next season. He plays in 40+ games scoring 15+ goals and providing 10+ assists then we sell him for £50million

We've already turned down Bournemouth who were offering £10 million Rod so the silly money CW is thinking about is a lot more than that.
