I'm more than happy to try, i'd even like to understand your conspiracy theory but since you're the only person i know that thinks this you'll have to explain more than just "yep".

Why do you think there was a conspiracy? What evidence, circumstantial or not do you have?

As long as manager stays in charge Lascelles will only increase in value over the next few seasons.

Rafa won’t unnecessarily expose the defence, and if VVD can go for 75M, without winning f**k all then a young English Centreback will be worth more than that in a year or two.

I don’t want him to go, but the reason teams will be sniffing now is they know he’ll be worth a shed load more in the next couple of seasons... so keep him, build around him... and i’d prefer we kept him long term, but if we don’t keep him make sure we get the best deal at the best time!

I don't care much about getting the best deals as it's usually only a good deal for MA, and we will see maybe 1/6 of the money earned re-invested. Rather keep hold of the good players.
