think of all the frustration those striking miners and ship builders went through

and you cant take a weeknd off or even a day off is that commited toon fan

says it all really

come up on a bank holiday monday or a midweek game

all work and no play makes pat a boring

i have many bad points mate
saying i support a club and making excuses when they need me isnt one of them though

if i employed you and you were such a focal point of all those hundreds of people i would certainly make sure i had a plan B just incase anything happened to you or a family member etc or indeed take the wife and kids to the toon a couple of times a year

i would lock yu in a great big safe room with 24 hour medical supervision

infact if you were my dad grand dad etc
i would insist you didnt work so hard and spent some time in your later years enjoying yourself ,i would hate to think my dad worked his socks of and couldnt watch the toon for me

i might not be a great buisness man

but i certainly dont have to work to survive and certainly make time to see the toon
