    I had forgotten all about the cricket because I had been with my youngest, a keen Toon fan, to watch Newcastle lose a decent game to Spurs.
    Pleased to see that we have progressed to 242-5 at a decent scoring rate. Bairstow and Voakes going well at the minute.

    No more than usual Alto! lol He got kicked a few times by Shelvey, nothing serious, and got the free kicks but overall it was decent to watch and well refereed by Martin Atkinson, in spite of what some home supporters thought from time to time.
    It was a game where Spurs looked fairly comfortable and could challenge for the league with a bit of luck and Newcastle will not be challenging for the league but were quite steady.

    IMO Rafa deserves a better Club

    England 304 for 5, Bairstow 91 and Woakes gets his ton, 197 ahead.
